Welcome & Call to Order: Melissa Dahle

Review and approval of November 2025 minutes: Motion to approve Jason Pond, seconded by Dana Harris

Presentation: Jenny Haupt, Americorps volunteer, talked about her role as the Citizenship Coordinator and how she interacts with students, helping them restore absences and tardies.

Review: Principal Mather reviewed the Y2025-26 SIP. Council members requested information on where we are with expenditures so far this year, he will have that at the next meeting.

Review: Dana Harris, Counseling Center Secretary went over her responsibilities and Principal Mather explained what the Instructional Aides duties are

Questions/Concerns from Council Members: Principal Mather talked about the hiring process for the new Head Football Coach

Motion to adjourn: Melissa Dahle, seconded by Aaron Zilles
