Employee Computer Purchase Info

Information Needed

If you are leaving the district, or if your device is being replaced, you are probably eligible to purchase your old device.
Here is how that will go:

Email me the following info: Click Here To Email Me
  • On a Mac, click on the apple in the upper left corner.
    Click on "About this Mac."
    Screen shot the box that comes up and send it to me.
    In that same box, click on "Storage"
    Screen shot that information and send it to me also.
  • On all other devices running Windows 10, click in the search bar at the bottom left of the screen
    Type in "About your PC"
    Screen shot that information and send it to me.
    In the same place, type in "Storage Settings" and click on it.
    Screen shot that information and send it to me also.
    Also, include in the email, the brand and model number of your device.

Once I have received the email with all the information, I will get back with you with a purchase price.

When you are ready to purchase

When you are ready to purchase, you will bring your contract, payment and device to the LHS Tech Office, located in the basement of Logan High.

Monday-Friday 7:30 - 3:00

It takes about 20-30 minutes to make your device ready for you to take so please plan accordingly.

You will pay me directly (cash, check or card) and our Tech will remove all district-licensed software from your device (typically, Microsoft, Adobe and virus protection). Removing this takes about 20-30 minute depending on the device. If you want to have it done while you wait, it would be wise to let me know ahead of time that you are coming. Otherwise, you can leave your devices and pick them up when they are finished.
