Welcome & Call to Order
Review and approval of March 2024 minutes:
- Motion to approve: Robin Hoglund, seconded by Jason Pond
Council Member Election Update:
- No need for a vote, applicants did not exceed number of vacancies
Update Y2024-25 Trustland Distribution Amount:
- Projected amount for the Y2024-25 is approximately $28,803 above what the council was expecting
Y2024-25 SIP Amendment:
- Principal Guymon and the Council Chair and Co-Chair presented an amendment:
- Additional $1500 to the Instructional Coaching FTE
- Additional $500 to the Counseling FTE
- Additional $500 to ACT Prep classes
- Additional $7,000 to Summer School
- Fund a Parent Liaison position for $18,579
- Discussion was held regarding the items listed above.
- Jason Pond motioned to approve, David Henderson seconded, the vote was unanimous
Questions/Concerns from Council Members:
- It was suggested we change the August meeting, as it falls on the first day of school, that will be decided at a later date.
