Review: School Improvement Plan Y2022-2023:

Principal Guymon led a discussion with the Council to determine greatest academic needs for the SIP for the upcoming year. Members separated into small groups and returned with the following concepts for next year:

• Time for intervention/support
• Increasing attendance
• Increasing student engagement
• Make citizenship meaningful
• Graduation Rate
• English Language Learners

The Council will reconvene on January 20 to continue the discussion. Principal Guymon will be sending out an anonymous survey to teachers asking for their input prior to that meeting.
