Logan High is a comprehensive 4 year high school serving the students of Logan, Utah. We have been operating sing 1917 and were originally Brigham Young College. We average 1,450 students grades 9-12 who can choose from over 200 courses including 20 concurrent enrollment classes and 18 AP classes. Our administrators are Daryl Guymon, Paul Wagner, and April Davis. Daryl Guymon has been a part of Logan City School District (LCSD) for 28 years. He was a 2nd and 4th grade teacher before serving as an Elementary Principal, Middle School Principal, Director of Secondary Schools and now as Principal at LHS. Paul Wagner has served in LCSD 16 years. He taught English at Logan High for 8 years and then worked at Mount Logan Middle School as Assistant and Head Principals. April Davis has been a part of LCSD for 21 years as a 4th grade teacher, 6th grade math teacher, instructional coach and licensing coordinator.

  • 14 Sterling Scholars
  • Awarded 2.3 million dollars of scholarships

 

 

 

 

We have 25 different clubs and organizations-
including HOSA, GSA, FBLA, Mountain Biking, Guitar
and more.

Merlin Olsen (NFL player and actor)
Kip Thorne (Nobel Prize in Physics)
Lars P. Hansen (Nobel Prize in Economics)

 

 

 

 

We have a wonderfully diverse population,
representing over 16 different languages and
ethnicities.

 

 

 

 

In the last twenty years Utah has had 57
Presidential Scholar recipients, LHS has had 10
of those 57!

 

 

 

 

Our award winning Fine Arts programs include
photography, ceramics, painting, sculpture, theater,
